Vickie was trembling too much to open the door. She handed the key to Hank. He opened the door wide. The room looked clean and neat. It smelled of some kind of pine scent. She went in. Hank remained standing in the doorway. Suddenly, she knew she could not sleep in this bed alone. "Don't go," she beseeched. "Okay. Go on to bed. I'll sleep in this chair." He sank into the sagging armchair and pulled off his shoes. She sat on the side of her bed. "Hank?" "Yeah." "I don't want you in the arm chair." He cocked one eye open. "Where do you want me?" He inquired. She patted the side of the bed next to her. "Right here." "I don't take advantage of tipsy women." He remained in the chair. "I may be tipsy, but I know what I want. What I want is the same thing you're been wanting since we met. Why are you fighting what we both want?" she demanded. Suddenly, he was next to her. His hands were exploring every contour of her body. His mouth was devouring her. |
